TM44 Inspections

TM44 inspections were introduced in 2012 as part of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive. They’re designed to boost the energy efficiency of buildings and further environmental goals.

When you arrange for a TM44 inspection with us, our assessors will visit your property at a time that suits you. They will appraise each part of your air conditioning equipment and controls, carefully measuring its efficiency and checking for faults.

After the assessment is complete, we will provide you with a detailed report explaining:

• The efficiency of your system
• Any faults identified during the inspection
• The adequacy of equipment maintenance
• The adequacy of the installed controls and control settings
• The current size of the installed system in relation to the cooling load

It will also come with recommendations on how to improve your system’s efficiency, and how to decrease your energy consumption, carbon emissions, and operating costs.

Finally, your building will be logged on the national landmark register, and you will receive a certification of proof that the assessment has been carried out.

Enhanced Reports

Available upon request, our enhanced reports give greater analysis of your air conditioning system’s efficiency, as well as the potential cost savings that can be made by implementing our recommendations.

These reports are particularly useful for organisations where reducing emissions, carbon footprints, and operating costs are a priority.
