Job Description

We are looking for qualified Air conditioning and Refrigeration engineers to join our team. Based in Dorset but serving nationally we carry out works on all aspects of Refrigerating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems.

The ideal candidate will be able to carry out service, maintenance, and installation works to Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems including Commercial and industrial Refrigeration, Cold Rooms, Chillers, Split AC, VRV/F Systems.

The works are varied and sometimes will require travelling to various sites across the UK, with overnight stays when required but these are kept to a minimum.

We are looking for someone who works well on their own or as part of a team. Using their own initiative and who can bring new ideas, and really put their own stamp on the role. Someone who has thirst for knowledge and keen to progress their career will be ideally suited to this role.

We require someone who has:

• Good diagnostic skills both mechanically and electrically
• Experience of building customer relationships
• Full UK driving licence
• F-Gas 2079 Category 1
• Ideally NVQ Level 2/3 qualified
• PASMA/IPAF but not essential
• CSCS Skills card
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Able to work on their own or as part of a team
• A good knowledge of Health & Safety
• Articulate and presentable with excellent customer facing skills
• IT literate and good record/data keeping skills
• As the positions may involve working in schools an Enhanced DBS check will be applied for
